Q1: How about sample policy?
A: For the custom samples, we will charge low sample fees, the shipping fee and sample fee should be paid by your side firstly. For our existing sample, you don’t need to pay the sample fees.
Q2: Which shipping way is available and how to track?
A: The samples will be shipped by express. When your order is shipping out. we will provide you tracking number, then you can check the status of the goods clearly. For the bulk production, the shipping way will depend on the order quantity and your choice.
Q3: Which payment way is workable?
A: Usually we work with clients based on T/T payment. Full payment for small orders; 30% deposit and 70% balance payment before the shipping for the large orders.
