Toothpaste Tube

Toothpaste tube is mainly composed of three parts: the tube body, the tube shoulder and the tube cover. The Toothpaste tube body is composed of composite sheets. The conventional structure of the sheet is five layers: outer film, adhesive layer, intermediate barrier layer, adhesive layer and inner film. The sheet material is mainly polyolefin. Including high density polyethylene, low density polyethylene, polypropylene and so on. The materials of the intermediate barrier layer mainly include aluminum foil, ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer, etc. The toothpaste tube shoulder and toothpaste tube cover material are also mainly composed of polyolefin materials, such as high-density polyethylene, polypropylene, etc. The raw materials are all food grade, and some materials are used for pharmaceutical packaging.

In printing, the mainstream of the composite sheet industry adopts surface printing. The printing process is mainly letterpress. To enhance the decorative effect. Individual high-end packaging will add decorative processes such as hot stamping and silk screen printing on the basis of ink printing. To make the packaging stand out beautifully, the common composite tube printing in the market can only be listed after passing the standard inspection. Generally, it does not contain carcinogenic substances such as benzene, and it is also non-toxic and harmless to the human body. In terms of tube making, the composite sheet is first welded into a tube body by high frequency welding. Then, a tube shoulder is injected at one end of the tube body through a compression molding process. Finally, the cover is automatically covered to produce the finished composite tube.
