A: Please provide us your FedEx, DHL, TNT, or UPS account number for freight collect. Or you can transfer the freight cost to us by Paypal if you don’t have these account.
Q2: What’ s the order processes?
a. Inquiry — Give us your detailed requirements including dimension, printing, quantity, etc.
b. Samples — We will arrange the sample according to your request.
c. PI — We will give the PI to you after the sample and all order details confirmed.
d. Deposit — You will pay us 30% deposit to proceed with the production. For small orders, we will need the full amount.
e. Production — After we receive the deposit, we will arrange the production as scheduled and update to you the production status timely.
f. Remaining payment–If the order is not full amount before the production, you will need to pay the remaining payment before the shipping.
g. Shipping — We will ship the goods to you.
