Q1: Could you do design for us?
A: Yes, we can do artwork including printing, logo etc. Just tell us your detailed requirements and our designer will design it for you.
Q2: Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement?
A: Our MOQ would be 10,000pcs for most tubes. But for some of them, 5,000pcs is also accepted. You can contact us and we will find the best solution for your convenience.
Q3: What is the lead time?
A: Usually it will take 5days after sample confirmation.
Q4: How about the shipping?
A: For sample orders, we will send the samples by DHL, FedEx, TNT or UPS and so on. For big quantity orders, we will ship by ocean transport. If it’s urgent, you can select shipping by Air, but the freight charge will be expensive.
